DEATH TAKES WILLIAM W. SPICKARD, 95
Private funeral services for William Warren Spickard, 95, a retired life-insurance agent, will be held in the the Arthur A. Wright & Son chapel. Cremation will follow.
Mr. Spickard was born in Missouri. He came here from Des Moines, Iowa, in 1921. He was with the Equitable Life Insurance Co. of Iowa before he retired in 1935.
Mr. Spickard was a member of the First Methodist Church.
Surviving are three sons, Dr. Vernon W. Spickard, Seattle pediatrician; Dr. Paul W. Spickard, Santa Monica, Calif., and Harold E. Spickard, Newport, Calif.; a daughter, Mrs. George E. Large, Columbus, Ohio; nine grandchildren, including Dr. Warren B. Spickard, Seattle, and nine great-grandchildren.
