Services for Ganae Haacke Wortham, 35, 2917 McKinney, who died early Sunday following a sudden illness, will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. today at the 11th Ward Chapel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 6231 Northview, by Bishop Ted C. Peck. Interment will be at Cloverdale under the direction of Relyea Mortuary.
She was born Sept. 8, 1932, in Salt Lake City. She was a life-long member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints and held many ward and stake positions. She was graduated from LDS Seminary at Idaho Falls in 1950. At the time of her death she was a member of the 11th Ward of the Boise North Stake. She was graduated from Idaho Falls High School in 1951 and attended Brigham Young University. She was married to Wilbur R. Wortham Jr. on Jan. 9, 1953, in the Idaho Falls Temple.
Survivors in addition to her husband include five sons, Douglas Scott, Kim Paul, Allan Kirt, Brian Lee, and Delia Newton, all of Boise; a daughter, Teresa Raycel, Boise; her parents, Elmer G. and Velda H. Haacke, Bountiful, Utah, and one brother, Paul Haacke of Ogden.
