Nancy was an avid golfer and was proud of her hole in one at The Villages in Florida. She was also proud of her annual participation in a Holiday Luncheon for the women of the Siebenbuerger. Nancy was also well-known as a Judge of Elections in the Millcreek area for many years. Nancy was proud of the family business, Henry T. Welka and Associates, Surveying and Engineering, which she and her husband built together.
In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Henry T. Welka (d 11/1991 age 53), and her brother, Walter Brewer (d 1986).
She is survived by her sons, James Welka, wife Anita, of Waterford; Mark Welka, wife Jennifer, of Summit Twp., and her daughter, Marcia Herman and her friend, Michael Motsch, of Millcreek; grandchildren, step-grandchildren, dear friend, Roger Sanford and brothers-in-law, Jim and Donna Mae Welka, Harry and Sue Welka, George and Donna Welka, and many nieces and nephews.
