Melba Lois Harden passed away June 8, 2014 in Pasadena, Texas at the age of 83. She was born February 12, 1931 in Aspermont, Texas to Walter and Lillian Pinson.

She is survived by her daughter; JoAnn Blair and husband Bob, son; Clate (Buddy) Harden and wife Sylvia, son; Alan Harden and wife Lucretia, son; Steve Harden, nine grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren with three more to be born early fall.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Clate S. Harden Jr. They were married 42 years before his death and were residents of Pasadena since 1962. Melba was a member of Golden Acres Baptist Church of Pasadena.

A visitation will take place on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at Grand View Funeral Home between 5pm and 8pm. A celebration of life service will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2014 at 12:30pm at Grand View Funeral Home with Pastor Brannon Revel officiating. Interment will follow at Grand View Memorial Park.
