Wife of Joesph Henry Walts 1852-1898. Married 29 November 1881 in Clark co. Indiana. Settled in New Madrid, Mo with her husband who the family was told was a casket maker. Addie and Joe died a week apart from typhoid fever we have not found there resting place yet. Addie left behind a daughter Sarah "Sallie" Elizabeth Walts born 1882 and three sons John Lewis Walts born 1885, Luke Howard Walts born 1887, Henry Edward Walts born 1889. Her parents where John Cabrol Harris(1811-1888) and Mary Ellen Bridgewater Harris (1824-1903). Addie had five brothers and five sisters. Her grandparents where John and Delilah Shores Harris, Christian C. Bridgewater and Margaret Peggy Miller Bridgewater.Her Great Grand parents where Samuel Bridgewater( a Revolutionary Solider) and Mary Ann Coughman Bridgewater. Thomas Shores and Elizabeth Johnson Shores. All I know is that Addie lived in Scott and then Clark Co. Indiana until she married and moved to Mo. I made a vist to New Madrid Mo myself a couple of years ago and like to have got ate up by the mosquitoes. My mother and I searched for there resting place and did not find them. Alot of the records burned and are lost for ever.
