Mrs. AMANDA JANE SCOTT, widow of Oscar Scott, died at the Williamsport Convalescent Home Thursday morning of complications after an illness of several years, aged 91. Born and reared on Hopewell Road, she was the daughter of Peter and Nancy (Baer) Garling. She lived in this vicinity her entire life, and was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church.
She is survived by two nieces.
Funeral services were held at the A.K. Coffman Funeral Home; interment was in Rose Hill Cemetery.
