She was a member of Cub Run Methodist Church and Munfordville Order of Eastern Star.

Two daughters: Marcia Kay Gamble (George) and Karen Craddock; five grandchildren: Dean Gamble, Lori Rogers (Beau), Sara Engrem (Greg), Amanda Allen and Kaylea Allen;
five great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.
Predeceased by:
Her parents; her husband; two brothers: Thelma Lewis & Royce Lewis; and three sisters: Dulace Lewis, Leona Clemons & Genevieve Taylor.
