Cora Louise Edwards, 90, widow of Fred S. Edwards, died at 12:40 a.m. today in the Anna-Henry Nursing Home, where she had lived for the past four years.
A native of Troy, she was born March 15, 1879, and had resided there all her life until coming to the nursing home in Edwardsville.
Besides her husband and parents, Martin F. and Adelaide John Auwarter, one son, Keith Edwards, preceded her in death.
She was a member of Troy Presbyterian Church, the Merry Workers of the church and American Legion Auxiliary.
Friends may call at the Edwards Funeral Home in Troy after 7 p.m. today.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home, the Rev. Oliver Chumchal officiating.
Burial will be in Friedens Cemetery at Troy.
