Mattie married Mark Malcom of Livingston County KY. They homesteaded in North Dakota before moving to Princess Ann, Maryland and settled in Delaware in 1924.
At the time of Matt's death she was survived by two daughters, Hazel Rindone of Neptune, New Jersey; Blanche M Bickering of Wilminton, Delaware; and two sons, Marcus E. Malcom of Gainesville, Florida; Homer C. Malcom of Newark.
Another daughter, Mae (Davidson), who married but preceded her mother in death.
