R. Frank Clark was born in March 29, 1910 in Georgia. He married Grace McClelland Clark, and they moved to Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia, living two doors down from her sister Edna McClelland Floyd. They had no children. He was a Mason. Frank died on February 18, 1990 at age 79.
