Daughter of Frank and Pauline Berzina, Eldine was born on the family farm. She worked during World War II for the Department of Treasury in Washington, DC. Later she moved to California and worked as a secretary for Pacific Fruit Express at the Roseville rail yard. She died at age 86 after a brave battle with breast cancer. Predeceased by her parents and her sisters Sylvia and Blanche. Survived by her husband Ernest.
