Adair Elizabeth Butner, 71, passed away Friday, June 1, 2007, at Proctor Hospital in Peoria.
Adair was born on July 12, 1935, in St. Louis, Mo., the daughter of Charles and Ann (Landgraf) Werner.
She is survived by one son, Steven Butner of Peoria; and one daughter, Patricia (Joe) Norman of Houston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Adair was a long-time member of the Service Auxiliary at Proctor Hospital.
Burial will be in Swan Lake Memory Gardens.
