Funeral services were held Tuesday evening for Sadie Huybers, 81, of Port Washington, who died March 27 at St. Alphonsus Hospital.
Services were conducted by Rev. James Liebnow at the Horn-Eernisse Funeral Home, with burial at Union Cemetery, Newburg.
Mrs. Huybers was born in Mattoon, Wisc. on Oct. 4, 1900, the daughter of Peter and Minnie (Mahm) VanPrice. She married Leo Huybers on Dec. 20, 1920 in Besemer, Mich.
Mrs. Huybers is survived by her husband Leo, son James (Jacquelyn) of Newburg, two grandsons, two great-grandsons, brother Eugene VanPrice of Algoma, and sisters Mildred (Leon) DeBroux of Port Washington and Blanche Collins of Greenville, Mich.
