Agnes M. Cansler, 79, of 1885 Chapelwood Blvd., died Thursday, January 13, 2000 after an extended illness. Miss Cansler was born March 1, 1920 in Muskegon, Michigan and has been a Mansfield resident most of her life. She was a retired secretary for Dr. Harold F. Mills.
Surviving are two sisters; Murval Porch of Durham, NC and Lois Scott of Mansfield, and special friends; Al and Rose Hess, Marilyn Taylor, Lenore Reiner, all of Mansfield. She was preceded in death by her father; Walter E. Cansler and her mother; Jennie Cansler Nevius, a step-father; Shelby Nevius, a brother; Walter Cansler, Jr., a sister; Helen Cansler.
A graveside service will be held Monday, January 17 at 1:00 p.m . at Mansfield Memorial Park conducted by Rev. David Sipes. There will be no calling hours. Wappner Funeral Directors will be handling the arrangements.
