Virginia Beach - Thomas Christopher Boyle, 62, of Virginia Beach, better known as Tommy, passed away unexpectedly in a swimming accident on Saturday, July 19, at Lake Gaston, NC. Tommy was a graduate of Norfolk Catholic High School and attended V.P.I. Tommy was a kind and gentle soul and enjoyed being outdoors.
He now rests with his parents, Stephen and Cecelia Boyle. He is survived by a brother, sisters, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at a visitation on Friday evening, July 25 from 6 until 8 p.m. at the Laskin Road Chapel of H. D. Oliver Funeral Apts. in Virginia Beach. A graveside funeral service celebrating his life will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 26, 2014 at Princess Anne Memorial Park on Great Neck Road, Virginia Beach. Casual attire is encouraged.
