Raymond Orlando "Dick" Marks, 90, died Friday, July 25, 2014, at Myrtle Beach Estates.

Mr. Marks was born in Clarksburg, WV, a son of the late Raymond and Faye Marks.

Dick was a kind and loving man. The things that made him the proudest were his family, his service in the Navy and his work as a brick layer.

He was predeceased by a brother, Robert Marks, and a sister, Betty Beto.

He is survived his wife, Mary Marks of Myrtle Beach; a son, Richard Marks (Pat) of Myrtle Beach; a grandson, Tim Marks (Leigh Ann) of Myrtle Beach; two great-grandchildren, Hayden and Addison Marks; two brothers, James Marks (Karen) of Bridgeport, WV, and John Marks of Bridgeport, WV; and a sister, Judy Ayoob (Tom) of Bridgeport, WV.

Visitation will be 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Sunday, July 27, 2014, in Goldfinch Funeral Home, Beach Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Michael Catholic Church Building Fund, 542 Cypress Ave. Murrells Inlet, SC 29576.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 28, 2014, in St. Michael Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery.
