Edith Deloach Anderson, age 93, passed away Thursday, October 9, 2014 at Heritage Hall in Clintwood, Virginia. She was a lifelong resident of Dickenson County and a member of Clintwood Baptist Church. She attended and was active in both the Mountain People and Places and The Clintwood Senior Citizens. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Estes Anderson; her parents, Johnny and Maggie Deloach; her paternal grandparents, Calvin and Alafair Fleming; and four brothers, Oscar, Orbie, Clyde, and Allen Deloach.

Survivors Include:

Three Sons: Douglas Anderson of Northville, Michigan, Roger Anderson of North Vernon, Indiana, and Charles Anderson of Dearborn, Michigan

Two Brothers: Paul Deloach of Clintwood, Virginia and John Clark Deloach of Indiana

Three Grandchildren: Timothy Anderson, Brian Anderson, and Roger Anderson, Jr.

Four Great Grandchildren

The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 12, 2014 at Mullins Funeral Home Chapel from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, October 13, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Clintwood Baptist Church with Bill Kendrick officiating. Burial will follow in the Phipps Memorial Cemetery, Main Street, Clintwood, Virginia.

Deacons of Clintwood Baptist Church will service as pallbearers.

Honorary pallbearers will be Paul Deloach, and John Clark Deloach.

Mullins Funeral Home and Staff are serving the Anderson Family.
