Calvert Funeral Held On Monday
Funeral services fur Claude Anderson Calvert, Guthrie route 5, a former FI Reno resident who died late Thursday at his home, were held at 11 a.m. Monday in the the Wilson funeral home chapel with the Rev. M. T. Hoskins, pastor of the Pentecostal Church of God, officiating.
Burial was in the El Reno cemetery under direction of the Wilson funeral home.
Mr. Calvert, a retired farmer and construction worker, was born June 6, 1887, at Decatur, Tex. He moved to Edmond in 1890, and moved to Calumet from Hinton in 1913. He came to EI Reno in 1923 and had lived at Guthrie since early in 1961.
Survivors include his wife, Anna, of the home; three sons, Harold and Robert, both of Guthrie route 5, and Raymond, Sacramento, Calif.; two brothers, Lon of El Reno route 2, and Charlie, Amhurst, Tex.; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
