From 1946 until 1965 she and her husband owned and operated a livestock sales business in Whalan and then Lanesboro. In 1951 they purchased a farm in Lanesboro.
On two occasions she enjoyed visiting her parent's farm at Vradal, Porsgrunn and Ulefoss in Telemark, Norway.
Agnes was a member of the Bethlehem Llutheran Church.
She is survived by 3 sons, 6 grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, infant son Gary, 6 brothers Carl, Edward, Gilbert, Leonard, Oscar and Palmer.
