UPDATE: George Edgcumbe went to Vallejo, California ca 1881, possibly to visit one of his sons, Joseph Collins Edgcumbe. He died, probably in Vallejo, in 1882 and was buried at Sunrise Memorial Cemetery. His FAG Memorial # is 132902397.
UPDATE 2: A tenth child, Mary Jane, was born to George and Mary while they were in Ontario, Canada. She was born ca 1850, appears in the family's 1861 Census (Cobourg, Canada), but has not been found of record after that date.
