Alberta N. Farney, 66, of 4804 N. Ellen Court died Tuesday, April 21, 1992, at Proctor Hospital in Peoria.
Born July 30, 1925, in Eureka to Jess N. and Leita A. Moreland Keehma, she married Gordon H. Farney on Oct. 27, 1943, in Silver Springs, Md.
He survives, along with three sons, Dennis D. of Peoria Heights, Douglas G. and Craig R., both of Peoria; and four daughters, Mrs. Patrick (Altheia) Brady, Sonia Senders and Debbie I. Farney, all of Peoria, and Diana J. Farney of Peoria Heights. Her twin sister preceded her in death.
She was a nurse's aide at Proctor Hospital for 17 years, retiring in 1987. She was active with Cub Scouts.
Burial will be in Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria.
