Sarah A. (Maynard) Holden, 98, 5109 Woodway Drive, Ft. Wayne, died Friday in University Park Nursing Home, Ft. Wayne, after an extended illness. Mrs. Holden lived in Muncie for 60 years. She lived on Cornell Ave. before moving to Ft. Wayne one year ago. She was a native of Alexandria and came to Muncie from Elwood.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Iva Duke, Ft. Wayne; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Agnes Thomas, Selma; seven grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.

Services are pending at Parson Mortuary.
