Nellie L. Cruikshank, 84, of Chicago, formerly of Bloomington, died yesterday afternoon (Feb. 2, 1984) at Christ Hospital, Oak Lawn.
Mrs. Cruikshank was born March 22, 1899, in Atlanta, a daughter of James and Izora Adcock Dagley.
She married Roe Cruikshank in Lima, Ohio. He died in 1962.
Survivors include a daughter, Ruth Kurgan, Chicago; two grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Two sons preceded her in death.
