William HUDSON, a native of Boone County passed away at the home of his sister, Mrs. William Sandlin in Lebanon on Tuesday morning at 2:30 at the age of 89. The deceased was a brother of Ben Hudson, who lives on W. Church St, Jamestown. Mr. Hudson had been ill for the past 3 weeks, his death being caused by complications. He was the son of Candis and Eliza Hudson and was born near Advance. He retired from business in 1928 and for the previous 28 years, he lived in Crawfordsville where he was employed by the Northern Indiana Public Service company. The past 4 years he made his home with his sister at whose home he passed away. He was a son of a family of 9 of which only 3 are living. Another brother, J. F. Hudson lives near Alamo. The funeral services were held in the Memorial Chapel at Crawfordsville Thursday afternoon at two with Rev. Cornelius Airhart officiating. Burial took place in Masonic Cemetery at Crawfordsville.
