The death of Charles B. Smith, former Muncie resident, occurred Saturday at his home in Alexander, Minn. Mr. Smith once had a printing establishment at Liberty and Howard Sts. At the time of his death, he was postmaster at Alexander. The body arrived in Muncie at 3 p.m. Monday and was taken to the Meeks mortuary where funeral services will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery. The Welcome Lodge, Knights of Pythias, of which Mr. Smith was a member, will assist in the service.
