Pet is survived by his sons; Hugh Mitchell of Danville, Illinois, Pettibone, Oscar, Auther, and Roscoe Mitchell of Frost Bottom, daughters; Launa Seeber of Frost Bottom, Leona Robbins, Bethelene Wynn of Danville, Illinois, and Ruth Mitchell of Frost Bottom, brother John Franklin Mitchell of Woolridge, Tennessee, and sister Lucy Bell Moncier of Greene county.
Sharp Funeral Home of Oliver Springs had charge of the arrangments. Burial was in Black Oak Cemetery in the Laurel Community near Clinton.
