Carolyn Kay Brumbaugh, 73, of Ansonia, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at Wayne Healthcare in Greenville, Ohio.

She was born August 1, 1940, in Greenville, Ohio, a daughter of late Orville Edward and Etoile Marie (Brandt) Brumbaugh.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her long life companion, Rosie Buschur; brothers, Don, Gary, John, Bob Brumbaugh; and a sister, Phyliss Black.

Carolyn was a musician for over 50 years, played with the Good Ole Boys with most of the band being her brothers.

She was retired from Marwell Products, and member of Coldwater Eagles and South Shore Sportsman Club of Grand Lake St. Marys.

She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 4 PM, Friday, July 18, at Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home in Greenville with the Pastor Gary Oser officiating.

Burial will be at Harris Creek Cemetery at the convenience of the family.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. The family request that memorial contributions be given to American Heart Association.
