Ms. Otts was born on June 17, 1910 to the late Rodney and Mittie Squires. She was raised in the Williamsville Community.
She is survived by daughter four sons, as sister 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, a number of nieces and nephews
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hasten Otts, her parents Rodney and Mittie Squires, her sisters and one brother.
