Blake D. Robinson, 80, unexpectedly passed away from a heart attack on July 7, 2014 doing what he loved best, four-wheeling.

Blake was born April 12, 1934 to Harold Blake Robinson and Gurena DeLange in Junction, Utah. He was one of the "famous triplets." He was in the top ten of his graduating class of ten.

He served a full-time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to Norway. He also faithfully served his country in the United States Army.

Blake married Kathryn Winder Robinson in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on June 18, 1962. She passed away in August of 1995. On February 17, 1996, he married Cora Lee Mangum.

Blake held many callings in the LDS Church. He served in the bishopric and spent many hours helping with the scouting program.

Blake would till gardens for, talk to for hours and tease all those around him. He was loved by all. He will be remembered for his generous service and sense of humor.

Blake loved the outdoors, especially going on four-wheeling trips and spending time with his family.

He will be greatly missed by his grandson, Elder Beau Robinson, who is currently serving an LDS mission in the Manchester, England mission.

Blake is survived by his loving wife, Cora Lee Robinson; five children, Ken (Lindsi) Robinson, Heidi (Dave) Glover, Bardell (Susan) Mangum, Kristine Kimball, and Ron (Wendy) Mangum; twenty-one grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and siblings, Renee (Ben) Porter, his triplet sister, Rhoda (Joseph) Allen, Ruth (Matland) Baugh, Beth (Bruce) Jacobson, and Kay Staples. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Kathryn Winder Robinson; and triplet sister, Juana Staples.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at 12:00 p.m. in the Jordan North Second Ward Chapel, 4270 South Falcon Street (4145 West). Friends and family may call on Friday, July 11, 2014 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South, and one hour prior to the services at the church on Saturday.
