Barbara Dorothy Dowdy, 79, passed away June 22, 2014 in Aberdeenshire. She was born October 6, 1934 in Gloucester, England to Albert and Laura Wall Kent.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jackey Thomas Dowdy, Sr., sisters, Doris Cresswel, Valerie Kent, Peggy Flynn; grandson, Gerald Kissling III.
She is survived by her son, Jackey Dowdy, Jr.; daughters, Laura Kissling (Gerald), Karen Towse (Keith), Amber Keller, Autumn Hanley all of Rockport, Texas; sisters, Marion Homer, Jean Ferry both of England; 14 grandchildren and 19 great-great grandchildren.
Interment will follow service at Rockport Cemetery.
