The former Latha Culton was born May 30, 1895, in Canton, Ill., the daughter of Elijah and Emily Culton. She married William F. Anderson Nov. 2, 1915 in Pekin, Ill. He died in 1954.
Mrs. Anderson was of Presbyterian faith, a World War Mother and an artist. She enjoyed playing the organ.
Survivors include a daughter, Evelyn Ramser, Moline; grandchildren, Jack Ramser, Robert, Richard and Gary Anderson, and Nancy Villmer; seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. A son, Richard Anderson, preceded her in death in 1991.
