Cornelius Patmos, aged 78, of Rte. 2, Hudsonville, passed away at the Hudsonville Christian Rest Home Wednesday morning.
He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Henry (Francina) Bredeweg of Dorr, Mrs. Jack (Geraldine) DeZeeuw of Hudsonville; two sons, Marvin of Hudsonville, Jay of Byron Center; nineteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; three sister-in-laws, Lucy Patmos, Mrs. Margaret DeWeerd, Mrs. Hazel DeWeerd, and one brother-in-law, Peter DeWeerd, all of Hudsonville.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Forest Grove Reformed Church. Relatives will meet at 1:45 pm in the church basement. Dr. Jacob Prins officiating. Interment Forest Grove Cemetery. Members of the family will be at the Vanderlaan Funeral Home, Hudsonville Thursday and Friday evenings 7 til 9.
