James Sponseller of near Brush Run, Mt. Pleasant township, died Sept. 25, aged 23 years. A few weeks ago Mr. Sponseller suffered from an attack of typhoid fever from which brain fever resulted. Last Monday he was afflicted with a paralytic stroke and had been unconscious until his death. He is survived by his wife, who was formerly Grace Eckenrode, and an infant child. He is also survived by his parents, John Sponseller and wife, and two sisters, Miss Agnes of New Oxford, and Mrs. Breighner of near New Oxford.
