SFC Robert Nelson Baker, Vietnam Veteran and resident of Spring Lake, NC.

Sergeant First Class Robert Nelson Baker, casualty of the Vietnam War. As a member of the Army, SFC Baker served our country until February 21, 1968. He passed away in Japan at the 106th General Hospital as a result of wounds received in Quang Nam, South Vietnam. He was 32 years old and was married. His body was recovered. Robert was born on April 24th, 1935 in Clincho, Virginia. SFC Baker is on panel 40E, line 51 of the Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington D.C. He served our country for 12 years.

He is the Husband of Mrs Margot Baker, 1404 Faye Avenue, Fayetteville, NC 28390; He is the Son of Mr and Mrs D.C. Baker, 1429 West 12th Street, Santa Ana, California 92703. He is also the Father of two Sons and two Daughters.
