Funeral services for Mr. Gene Goins, 84, of Livingston, are planned for a later date in Oklahoma.
Mr. Goins died Friday, Feb. 1, 2008, at his home. He was a commercial construction contractor.
Born December 23, 1923, in Marble City, OK, he was the son of the late Clinton and Clydie (Holloway) Goins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Louise (Seibolb) Goins; and a son, Stacy Goins.
Survivors include a son, Gordon Goins of Livingston; a daughter, Sandra Robbins of Silverdale, WA; 3 sisters, Mancy Prather of Collinsville, OK, Dorothy Cooper of Shawnee Mission, KS, and Juanitta Webb of Sand Springs, OK; a nephew, Stacy G. Goins of Houston, TX; and 3 nieces, Mindy Algood of Neosho, MO, Tracy Freeman of Carthage, MO, and Lori Mayhem of Joplin, MO.
