UNDERWOOD, David W., age 75, of Dayton, died Sunday, February 13, 1994 at St. Elizabeth Hospital. He was retired from the Chrysler Corp. He is survived by his wife, Glenna A. Underwood; son, Wesley F. Underwood; step-sons, Jerome T. and Carl H. Smith; sister Pauline Dalton and brother, Norman Underwood; ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and numerous relatives and friends. Funeral service will be Tuesday 2:00 P.M. at the Terebinski Funeral Home, 11900 N. Dixie Dr., Butler Twp., with Fr. Paul DeLuca officiating. Interment Forest Hills Cemetery. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
