Lyons - Mr. Carson Vaughn, 87, of 206 W. Stuart Ave. Lyons, died early Sunday morning in the Bethany Nursing Center of Vidalia after an extended illness.
A native of Emanuel County, he lived most of his life in Toombs County. He was a retired lineman with Altamaha E.M.C., a United States Army veteran of W.W.II, and a member of the Vidalia Primitive Baptist Church.
