Lucille Mary Reynolds French, 93, of Beaumont, died Saturday, June 28, 2014. A native and lifelong resident of Beaumont, she was born on December 3, 1920, to Mabel Hidalgo Reynolds and George Alfred Reynolds. Lucille retired as a teacher from All Saints Episcopal School in Beaumont.



Survivors include her children, Randy French and his wife, Missy, of New Orleans, Louisiana; Marcile Aunspaugh of Beaumont; and Scott French and his wife, Diane, of New Orleans, Louisiana; grandchildren, Rebecca Franklin and her husband, Darrell, of Hamshire; Erin Chapman and her husband, Nick; and Christopher French, both of New Orleans, Louisiana; great-grandchild, David Franklin of Hamshire; sister-in-law, Mary Lou Walker; and many beloved nieces and nephews.



She is preceded in death by her husband, John Preston French, Jr.; parents; brothers and sisters; and a son-in-law.



A gathering of Mrs. French's family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 2, 2014, at Broussard's, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. Her graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, July 3, 2014, at Magnolia Cemetery, 2291 Pine Street, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard's.
