Martha Marie Piland, 82, of Lacy-Lakeview passed Jan. 29, 2006 in Waco. Graveside services will be 1 p.m Feb. 2 at Mexia Cemetery with Steve Henderson officiating. Family visitation will be from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 2.

She is survived by husband, Roy Piland of Lacy-Lakeview; stepson, Stephen Ray Piland of Keller; stepdaughter, Mary Susan Sunde of North Richland Hills; grandsons, Kenneth Edward Merril of Grand Cayman Island, Christopher Ray Piland of Carrollton, Daniel Merril of Japan; granddaughters, Katherin Merril of Seattle, Calley Suzanne Piland of Austin; brother, Harold Martin Lowrance of Waco, and numerous nieces and nephews.
