Albert was the son of James E. & Phoebe Willey Ball and the brother of James
Adrian and William N. Ball.

He married Margaret Alma (nee King) Perkins on November 11, 1894 in Grayson County, Texas and supported his household by farming his own land. The couple lived in Cherokee County, Kansas and in California, before retiring to Florida. Mr. Ball passed away at the Florida Christian Home, in Jacksonville.
