Son of Ann W. Penland of Walpole, NH and the late Raymond W. Fairbanks of Nashua, NH. Fleet passed away from throat cancer at Maplewood Nursing Home in Westmoreland, New Hampshire.

I met Fleet for the first time in May of 2000 in Enfield, NH. We would all hang out and laugh and party. He never had an unkind word for anyone. Fleet was a true gentleman.

Was the best blues harmonica player...

Fleet, we will always remember the night when you stopped by out of the blue and we all made that awesome dinner. We drank wine and listened to Steely Dan's Two Against Nature. Sleep in peace, Fleet. We will all meet again.
