Death of J.T. Dewoody
T. J. Dewoody, the well known surveyor, died in San Francisco Wednesday night.
Deceased was a native of Alabama, aged 67 years and 2 months. He was one of the pioneer residents of Napa county, having come here in the early '50's. Subsequently he went to Texas, but after an eight years' residence in the Lone Star State he returned to Napa last year, and not long ago removed to San Francisco. He leaves a wife and three children.
The funeral will take place from the Court House in Napa next Sunday, February 26th, at 10 o'clock a.m. The remains will lie in state at the Court House from 9 o'clock Sunday morning, until the time of the funeral.
