It is what ONCE was the Turney Family Farm ..
The Cemetery is located on the Dekalb-Cannon County Line on Hwy 53 in an area once known as Smith County.
To reach the cemetery coming from Liberty turn left at the Cannon County line ( Sycamore Bridge) and follow the gravel road ~keeping to the left for 1/2 mile when the road forks.
Cemetery is on the edge of woods ~ past the first field, across from the creek. With a large stone approx. 10' from the gravel road. As of March 2019 it has been cleared and is visible from Road.
It is on Private Property.
There was boundary stakes in the four corners with more stones/ all unreadable & broken scattered thru the interior of the weeds. May be graves ~may Not!
Ruins of an old house are nearby. GPS location 35-57-49N 85-59-62W
