Mrs. Shirley Ann DeLoach Sheckles, age 60, of Albany, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at UK Healthcare in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born in Clintwood, Virginia on Wednesday, September 16, 1953, the daughter of Oscar and Irene Riddle DeLoach. She was a member of the Caney Branch Church and an employee of Lear Corp in Edinburgh, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Johnnie Sheckles of Albany, Kentucky, whom she married on Saturday, June 14, 1997, her son, Jerry DeLoach of Edinburgh, Indiana, her brothers, Jesse DeLoach, Ray Frodge, Larry Thompson and Michael Riddle, her sisters, Melinda Wicker and Melissa DeLoach, all of Indiana, her grandchildren, Lilee Mae DeLoach and Lennon Marley DeLoach and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services were conducted on Monday, June 23, 2014 in the Chapel of Campbell-New Funeral with Bro. Donald McGill and Bro. Robert "Bob" Thrasher officiating. Memories and reflections were shared by her son, Jerry DeLoach. Burial was in the Five Springs Cemetery. Professional services provided by Campbell-New Funeral Home of Albany, Kentucky.
