Ruth Delora Sneed Dunning, 84, Hopkinsville, died at 9 a.m. Monday, June 16, 2014, at Christian Health Center of natural causes.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Hughart and Beard Funeral Home, Crofton, with the Rev. Kevin Lee and James Williams officiating.
Burial will be at Ridgetop Cemetery, Crofton.
Visitation will be from 4 until 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
A native of Christian County, she was born Jan. 22, 1930, the daughter of the late Charles Lawton and Jettie Lynn Terry Sneed.
She was retired as a cafeteria worker at Crofton Elementary School. She was a member of Good Hope Church.
Her husband, Edward Leon Dunning, died in 2006.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Dennis (Melissa Farmer) Kempa, Hopkinsville, and a grandson.
