George married Prudence Gamble Nov 25, 1805 in Nicholas County, KY. They had 10 children. The two of them lived in Carroll County, KY between Notch Lick and Locust Roads on Hunter's Bottom for many years. They spent a few years in Shelby County, Indiana where George's father relocated to. Census records show George was back in Carroll Co, KY in 1860. He is not found in 1870 census. The family (2nd great grandchildren) recall the location of George and Prudence Harsin's graves are in a family cemetery on Wright's ridge in unmarked graves today (2014).
