Mrs. Charles Wood Dies; Mother of Craig Wood.
Funeral services for Mrs. Charles Wood, 64, mother of Craig Wood, well known golfer, were held from her late home on Sentinel road at 2 p.m. Sunday, Reverend Sidney T. Ruck of Saint Eustace Episcopal church officiating. Burial was in North Elba cemetery.
Mrs. Wood died Friday morning after a long illness. Born in Valcour, New York she was the daughter of the late Joseph Mooney and Kate Charles Mooney. She has lived in this township about forty years. She is survived by her husband and two daughters, Mrs. Margaret Donovan and Mrs. Harry Powers, both of New York, and three sons, Raymond of Breckenridge, Colorado, Scott of Lake Placid and Craig of Mamoroneck.
