Mrs. Maude D. Rethemeyer, 79, of 7129 Walnut, died Friday in Helena, Mont. She was born in Clifton, Kan., and lived in the Kansas City area for 47 years. She was a liscenced practical nurse at Menorah Medical Center. She was the widow of Lloyd E. Rethemeyer, a printer at the Star. She was a member of the Meyer Boulevard Methodist Church. She leaves two sons, Dale E. Rethemeyer of the Home, and Lloyd D. Rethemeyer, Southampton, Long Island, NY.;a daughter, Mrs. Leona B. Majors, Helena; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Private services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Stine and McClure Chapel; burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at the chapel.
