He was born April 1, 1921 in Breckenridge, TX to Fielden Hale and Ruth (Phipps) Lundy. He served in the U S Army Air Corps during World War II as a pilot.
He was married to Jean Starling in 1949 in Fort Worth, TX and he was a member of the Methodist Church. He was a retired accountant with Higginbotham-Bailey of Dallas.
Mr. Lundy is survived by his son, Anthony Hale Lundy of Denton and other family member and friends.
A graveside funeral service will be held ay 10:00 AM Thursday, June 19, 2014 at Roselawn Memorial Park.
