Rahall, Victoria B., 89, of St. Petersburg, died Friday, June 13, 2014, at St. Anthony's Hospital. She came here in 1961 from her native Manchester, NH. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in St. Petersburg and a life member of the Antiochian Orthodox Church. She was a past president of the Women of Rotary and was an active supporter of PARC for many years, as well as the Museum of Fine Arts. She was a former member of the St. Petersburg Yacht Club, Feather Sound Country Club and the Vinoy Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, Farris E. Rahall; her parents, Eassa and Minerva (Maloley) Samara; her two brothers, Edward E. Samara and George E. Samara, DDS; four sisters, Rosalind Barka, Emaline Alexander, Olga Samara and Helen E. Samara. She is survived by her son, F. Jeffrey Rahall, St. Petersburg, FL; her sister, Pauline Gatsas, Manchester, NH; three granddaughters, Victoria L. and F. Alexandria Rahall, both of St. Petersburg, and Cary B. (Michael) Robertson, Denver, CO. There will be a visitation from 5-7PM on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at Anderson-McQueen Funeral Home, 2201 Dr. ML King Street North. A funeral service will be held at 2PM on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at First Presbyterian Church. The family suggests memorial donations be made in her name to the Salvation Army or PARC.
